What Happened Here?

On July 25th, 2000, Air France Flight 4590 crashed into a roadside hotel outside of Paris, France. In itself, this is a tragedy. But what caught everyone's attention was the kind of plane it was: Concorde. The fastest, most elegant, most famous plane on Earth. Everyone had questions: what happened? How did it happen? And is Concorde unsafe? How could a seemingly perfect plane crash like this? Because while everything seemed pristine on the outside, beneath the surface, Concorde had problems.
