Sub-Heroes

Something has given children all over the city new and amazing powers. Some decide to use their powers for good. Others for evil. A new superteam must rise to battle the coming villains. A team with amazing powers, trained by a secret organization to protect the city. A team known as The Alpha Squad. This is not their story. Rejects from the Alpha Squad Project must band together on their own to make a stand against the coming evil. Together, they must learn to control their unusual gifts. They must become Sub-Heroes. The entire city depends on it.

A powerful new threat rises. A monster unlike anything seen before, putting the entire city in danger. The Sub-Heroes must rally to find the beast ravaging the city, despite Cloud's lost power. But not all is at it seems, as dark hands control events behind the scenes. Hands the Sub-Heroes have battled before. As their powers disappear one by one, the Sub-Heroes must face their ultimate battle. New friends and old enemies join the fight, forcing Vanisher and the team to ask; without powers, are they really heroes anymore?

The Sub-Heroes, a team of superpowered fourth graders, have already saved the city once. Since that day, they've been training harder than ever to be ready for the day another supervillain rises. That day has come, and they are not ready. Investigating a robbery at a local school, the team learns the theft was part of something much more sinister. Even their incredible powers may not be enough to battle the entire team of supervillains known as The Nightwatch. All hope may already be lost. They are Sub-Heroes. They must succeed. The entire city depends on it.
