Slivers of Love

A talented artist and gifted costumer, Jayne Wright has always been a bit different. She attends the cons to Cosplay in her original designs. At each convention to meet a fellow visionary to partner with to cash in on her dreams to play in the big leagues. Instead, she finds Dr. Toshi Yamaguchi, a gifted artist and skilled teacher. Jayne can see the potential in working with him, but the man says all the wrong things, he never smiles and has an unnatural fixation with her posterior. Dr. Toshi Yamaguchi is a mild manner professor by day, and in his mind, a vigilante at night, or at least he is in the comic book in his head. Each con he attends he hopes to find a connection that will bridge his two worlds to fulfill a lifelong dream. What he finds is Jayne Wright, who charges up his heart and gets into his head. They both are ready to get into the comic book arena, but neither is sure what will be the cost to play.

Jesse Orison knew he was on borrowed time, but he had a plan. Savannah was set to marry another guy in a year. Experience had taught him that a man could make a lot of things happen in 12 months. His first priority starting next week, was to make her fall in love with him. He would begin his methodical plan by paying her a visit on Thursday. Savannah Niden had everything a girl could want, a nice condo, a great job and a fiancé. The only problem was the maintenance man, Jesse. Jesse started coming over on Thursdays and he liked to stay all night. Savannah's primary problem, she was learning to love Thursdays and Jesse a whole lot.
