Miss Magnolia's in a Mash
by Carina Taylor
Part 1 of the Pine Ridge Ranch series
All Magnolia wants is to find love. Is that too much to ask?! Apparently so, because now she has a fake fiancé and it's all based on a lie.
Magnolia Hawthorne has been struggling to find her place in this world. Sometimes she worries that her dreams are too small. That wanting to find love and settle down isn't enough, except even those dreams seem out of reach at the moment.
When a stranger asks Magnolia to pretend to be his fiancée to fulfill his Grandpa's last wish, she figures she has nothing to lose. And so she's introduced to the dying man as Nash Whitlock's fiancée.
What was supposed to be a short deception becomes something much bigger when Nash's Grandpa makes a miraculous recovery and wants to spend more time with his grandson's fiancée.
Magnolia is pulled into a completely different world of inheritance-hungry family members, all while pretending to love a man she just met. But Nash doesn't make her feel like her dreams are too small. He makes her feel like they're just right, and that maybe he can make them come true.
And maybe, Magnolia is exactly what Nash needs as well. Because it's about time he found someone willing to fight for him.

Charlie Takes a Chance
A small town romantic comedy
by Carina Taylor
Part 2 of the Pine Ridge Ranch series
When Charlie is hired to repair a lodge in Pine Ridge, she's stuck sharing a house with the grumpy ranch manager. And he is not happy she's here.
Charlie is exhausted-tired of being told she's "too much" and sick of boyfriends who stick around as long as a temporary tattoo.
So when her best friend's fiancé offers her a job fixing up his family's lodge in Pine Ridge, Oregon, Charlie jumps at the chance. A picturesque mountain town sounds like the perfect escape-a chance to recharge, and maybe find a little peace.
But her arrival is anything but peaceful.
On her first night, Charlie ends up in a physical (and completely not her fault) altercation with the broody-and irritatingly handsome-ranch manager, Max St. James. He mistakes her for a burglar; she mistakes him for a bear. Not exactly the restful start to a stay.
Things go from awkward to unbearable when Charlie learns she'll be sharing the ranch bunkhouse with Max. He's grumpy, guarded, and definitely not thrilled about sharing his space. And yet, despite his reluctance, Max can't help but notice that Charlie's feisty spirit might be just what he's been missing.
Charlie isn't afraid to challenge Max-or to get under his skin. And even though she loves to annoy him, he's the first person she can be herself with.
But as sparks fly and the holiday deadline looms, Max starts to realize Charlie might be exactly what he's been looking for all along.
Can Max convince her that she's not "too much" after all-and that Pine Ridge might just be where she belongs?
