Magnificent Lizzie Brown

A mysterious Phantom is terrorizing London, and when Lizzie realizes she has a talent that will let her stop the crimes before they happen, she and her new circus friends feel compelled to intervene. But when one of their own is blamed for the crimes instead, their investigation takes a turn for the worse. When the truth finally comes out, the real culprit is the last person anyone expects.

When the traveling circus arrives in rural England, Lizzie's palm-reading talent reveals a gang of thieves using a terrifying black hound to rob graves in the local cemetery. At the circus's premiere performance, a wealthy, young orphaned girl becomes enthralled by the magic of the big top. After the heiress tries to runaway from home to join the performers on their journeys, her uncle tells her to forget about such silly things. But soon after, the girl vanishes. Has she run away again, or, as some of the locals claim, have fairies spirited her away forever? Only Lizzie and her friends can find the girl and sort fact from fantasy.
