Raines and Cameron Stone, with members of the NYPD, have successfully thwarted an attempt to blow up New York City's infrastructure. This fourth installment provides more of Raines' team with a technological side we've yet to see, but it also brings more poignant emotion as Cameron, Sara, and little Roger continue to embrace their family. As each character provides a crucial role, we begin to feel the pull of their personal lives as well.
