This is a self-help hypnotherapy recording for adults and older teenagers who really want to stop smoking.
It will help you:
• Make the decision to stop smoking
• Be proud of your decision
• Internalise the perspective of a non-smoker
• Enjoy a healthy life
Chapter one can help you to see things clearly in a different perspective and internalize the powerful suggestions to stop smoking. You are drawn to make the decision to stop smoking once and for all and store that decision in the place in you where you are very, very certain it is what you want. You receive powerful, powerful long-lasting suggestions for coping calmly and confidently as a non-smoker in the situations you encounter in your everyday life Chapter two gives you a powerful reinforcement to use daily for at least three weeks to strengthen your resolve to remain a non-smoker. Three weeks is generally thought of as the time needed to install a new habit. Later on, you can use the recording from time to time as extra reinforcement, particularly if you will be in a situation which you formerly strongly associated with smoking. For maximum benefit, use at least one track daily for a minimum of three weeks, ideally listening on a personal stereo. The third chapter is an extra short daily booster track to strengthen your resolve. Research shows that when a person first acts out each positive step in their imagination, it dramatically increases the likelihood of their success in the real world. This recording contains powerful suggestions for boosting confidence and self-esteem. The language and topics used are carefully crafted to appeal to listeners of all suitable ages. Lynda Hudson's gentle, well-modulated, English voice calms, re-assures and encourages. A clinical hypnotherapist and former teacher, Lynda has worked with many children and has helped them overcome numerous problems. Her work has been widely featured in the press and she has appeared on both TV and radio.
