Gerry Rafferty

Scottish singer-songwriter Gerry Rafferty was best known for his solo hits "Baker Street", "Right Down the Line", and "Night Owl." Influenced by The Beatles and Bob Dylan, Rafferty joined the folk-pop group The Humblebums in 1969. After the band dissolved in 1971, he released his debut solo album, Can I Have My Money Back? The next year, he joined Joe Egan to form the group Stealers Wheel, producing the notable hits "Stuck in the Middle with You" and "Star." Rafferty released his second solo album, City to City, in 1978.
