After learning that they have entered perimenopause, Jain monks Siddhali and Anubhuti begin their journey to regain balance over their hormones, but are met with misinformation, uncertainty, and contradictions.
Hearing the stories of several patients, the prejudice built into their medical treatments, and how they are labeled as "crazy" for how they are feeling, the monks head to the UK to see if they truly are the leaders in menopause care.
Despite finding more prejudice in medicine and the conversations around menopause, Siddhali, Anubhuti, and their fellow patients reap the benefits of their new lives.
