Cake - Season 1

Amy doesn't feel she has any flair so her solution is to copy other people's style. With the help of Cake and Cake TV, Amy discovers that with a little imagination she can create her own individuality.

Benjamin is suffering from a rare case of disorganization-itis. Cake TV is about to begin when he realizes he has no videotape in his camera. The forgetful-flu seems to have affected everyone.

Amy is touched by an article on the Internet about a tornado that has hit a town in the South and destroyed its playground. With her financial resources – she has saved her allowance for the last five years – and social awareness, Amy inspires her friends.

Cake, Amy and Benjamin discover they all have been thinking of the same thing when Miracle comes over straight from soccer practice without stopping for a shower. Quite frankly, their dear friend…well, smells.

After hearing how the Slumber Party Girls achieved their singing success by staying focused on their goals, Cake and her friends are inspired to focus on goals of their own.

Amy feels that because she's the youngest of the friends, she's always being told what to do – and, to make matters worse, her mom won't let Amy get her ears pierced, because she's too young!

A small mistake leads to a big misunderstanding between Benjamin and Miracle and leaves the two best friends refusing to speak to one another.

Cake is concerned about her Grandma Crystal who is coming home from the hospital after having hip surgery and Miracle is concerned about Cake – because Cake is so preoccupied that she seems to have lost her creative spark.

Even though he is first chair in the school's concert band, Benjamin loses his enthusiasm for trumpet playing when the new Swedish transfer student, Inga, mentions that "the trumpet players are not so hot, ja?"
