Car 54, Where Are You?

In this 1990s rendition of the television series from the 1960s, Gunther Toody (not too bright) and his straight-laced sidekick, Muldoon, are two mismatched New York City police officers--partners by circumstance, not choice. They are assigned to protect a witness due to testify against the Mafia.
