By using journalist Daniel Ferbe as a mouthpiece, the killer announces that the murder on the bridge was just the beginning. When he reveals his mission, Saga and Martin realize they're dealing with a far more calculated killer than they imagined.

On a mission to point out society's most unpleasant truths, the killer targets the homeless community to show how the system has failed them. A homeless man is kidnapped to raise the question: what is the price of a human being?

The kidnapped man's survival becomes a race against time and depends on four wealthy investors' willingness to pay. Saga and Martin try to catch the meticulous killer off balance by doing something unexpected, but end up walking straight into danger.

The killer exposes the lack of health care for mental illness by grooming several schizophrenic people to commit violent crimes. Saga and Martin find a teenage girl who has run away from home. Could she be a key witness that leads them to the killer?

The killer kidnaps an officer who was found not guilty in the death of an immigrant, in order to expose the failure of the state's integration policy. For the first time Saga and the killer make contact.
