Fresh off his success catching a headline-grabbing killer, DCI Colin Sutton (Martin Clunes, Doc Martin) is on the brink of retirement when he's asked to review the long-running inquiry into another infamous predator. Known as "The Night Stalker" to the press and "Minstead Man" to the police, this serial rapist has stalked the elderly of Southeast London for nearly two decades.

DCI Colin Sutton is tasked with reviewing Operation Minstead, an 11-year inquiry to catch the "Night Stalker," a notorious serial rapist active in Southeast London. Colin questions the team's focus on DNA but also realizes how inadequate their resources are for an investigation of this scale.
