Being able to sit in deep Meditation in the lap of the Divine is one of the profoundest gifts of Yoga. This can be, practiced by all. It does not depend on current health status, skill set, economics or gender. The methods and techniques given in this book are a means to achieve the DIVINE UNION = SWEET BLISS = YOGA.
