World of Waldyra

Life is a mosaic of stories and biographies. This is true for the virtual world of Waldyra-enormous, boundless, and full of colors. The story of the Great Navigator and the Great Oceanic Expedition might have been a long one, but it was simply a very short epoch of the Great Navigator to the world of Waldyra. And this epoch already ran its course. However, the story of Rosgard was only beginning, and life has many challenges, adventures, clan quests, and mysteries in stock for him. This story is for those interested in what happens to Rosgard after the Great Expedition and what other adventures he'll have and secrets he'll learn. Even though he remains a famous player, his legendary status is no more, and he is no longer under the auspices of the incredibly influential clan of the Sleepless Ones. He needs to ponder founding a clan, choosing the region of Waldyra that he favors the most as his home base. The problem, though, is that soon after the exodus of most old school heavyweight players to Zar'Graad the PKs and the fledgling Old Continent clans transformed the Lake District, which remained unattended, into a gloomy and dangerous place.

Old nemeses often turn up when you least expect them-and, more often than not, just when you're at your most vulnerable. Rosgard is no exception. He may have become the leader of a new clan, but he's lost support of the Sleepless Ones, the undisputed heavyweight champions of Waldyra, and right about this time he ran into someone who's been his sworn enemy since their days in the game's Creche. Heroes of the Final Frontier have had war declared on them. This is bound to be a real stress test for Rosgard's entire crew. He's faced with the necessity to prove that he isn't merely a lucky guy who'd had a unique spell handed to him on a platter to make him a legend, but a serious leader in his own right, capable of holding his own even if starting from scratch is what it takes. The war was declared at an inopportune moment, since Rosgard has plenty of problems to solve right now, from recruiting for the clan to making sure enough attention is given to the upbringing of his daughter, destined to become one of Waldyra's goddesses someday. But it is in the very nature of wars to catch you unaware.

Never before did the world of Waldyra face a threat as terrible as this one. A whole continent has gone insane-and it's heading towards the Old Continent on a collision course. If the two continents collide, the whole world will shake to its very foundation, and the ensuing destruction will be unimaginable. Hideous alien monsters are coming from the sky, intent on laying waste to everything around them. The War of the Gods has already begun-more and more lives are getting sacrificed on the altar of faith every day. It is a dire time for Rosgard and his friends to make a bid for survival in a thoroughly changed Waldyra, where neither Light is an indisputably benevolent power with a fair countenance any longer, nor Darkness the supreme evil to combat unthinkingly anymore.
