Welcome to the Arcadia. Once a luxurious cruise ship, it is now home to the Stranded. For forty years, they have lived, and died, on the water. No one is allowed to disembark, ever. Esther is sixteen and a loyal citizen, working hard for the rare chance to live a life on land as a medic.
