Melanie Harper and Christmas do not see eye to eye. While most people celebrate and look forward to the holidays, it's something she has come to dread. When she receives a gift from an unlikely source - a house in the quaint town of Silver Bell Falls - her immediate reaction is to reject it. After all, with a name like that, you're pretty much guaranteed to be surrounded by people who love Christmas!

It's Christmastime again in Silver Bell Falls and the whole town is getting in the spirit to help ballet teacher Abby Foster achieve her dream of opening her own dance studio. Dancing has been Abby's dream for her entire life – but more than anything, she wanted that dream in her beloved hometown of Silver Bell Falls. Teaching ballet to children at the community center is fine, but she' hoping for so much more – her own studio, her own business…not to mention maybe meeting Mr. Right and having a family of her own.

Ever since they first met, Josiah Stone has done his best to show Melanie how magical Christmas can be. He's gotten her to participate in parades, decorate trees and even celebrate the holiday, but asking her to marry him on Christmas Eve just might be more than she's ready for.

There are two things Bailey Walsh loves: Christmas and helping animals. Working for the Silver Bell Falls pet hospital should mean she's living her dream. But this is Silver Bell Falls at Christmas time...between a mother with matchmaking tendencies, tight living quarters and far too much chocolate, it doesn't take very long for life to start imitating art.
