Hello. This book is a collection of proposals and ideas for our new President Biden and Democratic Leaders for review. Proposals cover our domestic issues such as a scheme to protect our manufacturing jobs from being outsourced overseas through a program with a successful record called the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This is a program where employees become part owners of the companies they work for. It is a very sucessful scheme where investors and employees become collaborators rather than adversaries under normal business structures. In the process under this scheme, we end up moving the lower middle class and working poor to the investing class. If presented and organinzed properly in procedures, I strongly believe that the top ten percent of the richest of the Nation and investors will approve of it. It is the only method that will deal directly with the expanding gap between the rich and poor as there had been a lot of talk and complaints but no action by politicans. Other proposals include how to improve our Guest Worker Visa Program in order to deal with illegal immigrations and farm workers. I am also proposing an experimental program in order for states that constantly complain about federal taxes to show us how they can survive without assistance from the federal government. We can learn from whatever scheme they will use so we can cut taxes across the board for all. Other issues include proposals to improve education; proper procedures in dealing with the death penalty; taxes; suicides; prosecution of those who advocated for violence during the 2020 elections as domestic terrorists such as former Mayor Rudy Giuliani amongst others. For Foreign Affairs, I am advocating with reasons why a complete isolationist policies against China and Russia is warranted today in order to improve world security. Included as well is another proposal for the Israeli and Palestinian conflict as if we haven't had enough already. This proposal is worth the price of admission. It is religiously based, but supported by scientific studies. It had not been reasoned out like this before. Thank you for choosing my opinions over other books.
