The Holy Spirit, in his wisdom, has chosen the platform of storytelling as one way to communicate our spiritual relationship with him, packed with wisdom, truth, morality, and values. It is not the only way God speaks to us, yet so much practical wisdom can be distilled from these narratives. Our challenge is how to access these stories in a way that allows them to be understandable in a world that is so far removed from the times when these accounts occurred.
