A flying pony, a strange sorcerer, and a young boy with a heart as big as the desert. Young Hannan is a shepherd with an unambitious life. But his contentment is disturbed when a strange sorcerer encourages him to embark on an adventure that sees Hannan leaving all he knows behind. When Thomas discovers a rocking horse coming to life in his father's workshop, he believes his dream has come true-he's always wanted a pony of his own. But the wooden pony doesn't belong to Thomas and soon its new owner will be at the workshop to take the pony away.
