Peter thrived in his quiet world where he could be on his own and create wooden masterpieces. It didn't matter that he was alone. If he needed company he could visit the family or go out and socialize. But he definitely wasn't lonely.Sandy lived on her remote island and manned a lighthouse. Being in the middle of nowhere suited her down to the ground. As a meteorologist, she combined her daily duties with those of a lighthouse keeper. Keeping the lights burning bright and the vessels out of harm's way.For both Peter and Sandy, alone definitely didn't mean lonely.
