Killer Bunny

Liza Pound is a mystery to her superiors. In training she showed no aggression at all. In combat the first time she topped the kill board. And kept doing it. No one can figure out why. She did the unthinkable, and left Navy Mage Five for the League of Worlds. They want her back. She wants squadron command of the Black Sheep, and has worked hard for it. But when has what anyone wanted been part of what happens to them? They called her Bunny, and she hated it. They added Killer to it, and she hated it even more. But now she's being called to step up. And to do that, she's going to have to own being the Killer Bunny.

Liza Pound has what she wanted. Just not how she expected to have it. Or where. She thought her fox fighting days were over. She was wrong. But she has no idea just how wrong she is. She now owns the call sign Killer Bunny. But where she's going, she needs Black Sheep.

Liza Pound now has more than she ever wanted. And a lot she didn't. Like a bullseye painted on her back. She's stuck a stick in the local "ant hill," and the foxes are not happy about it. The Keerah are too busy fighting themselves to control the foxes, and someone else doing it was not in anyone's hunt plan. Not that Liza has any illusions about how much she can do, even though she has to admit it's gone well so far. But two planets saved is only the beginning. It's now Fox Season.

Liza Pound is feeling the bullseye on her back. But does she really know how big it actually is? The foxes have put a serious bounty on her head. And they want it, literally, in someone's freezer. Even a routine League mission now can set off a chain of events. And once begun, the Killer Bunny will have to become something more. Now she's Nemesis Rising.

Liza Pound needs a solution to her Fox problem. They simply will not stop coming at her. But as her list of friends expands, so too does her list of enemies. And the more ships she gets to react with, the more get thrown at her to react to. It's time to stop reacting. Now is the time for some serious Tail Pulling.

Liza Pound has pulled on one too many tails. And no-one likes their tail being pulled, especially tigers. In the grand scheme of things, the foxes were never a serious threat. But now there is a real threat, and they've taken notice of who is now their biggest threat. Tail pulling is over. Now it's time for Tiger Poking.
