17-year-old Scarlet leaves her unhappy home to find shelter at her uncle's house. But her uncle seems to be hiding something. Every night he disappears into the forest, and so one day, Scarlet decides to follow him. Along the way, she meets a guy named Ruben, who says he's a spy. Together, they spy on her uncle to see what he's hiding. Is he a murderer like her father says? Can Scarlet and Ruben uncover the truth behind her mysterious uncle?
