Billy is a typical boy who loves to ride his bike and play video games. But when Billy tells his family and friends he wants to be a cheerleader, everyone is surprised and tells him boys don't do that. But Billy practices and practices and when he shows his skills at the big game, everyone knows Billy is really good and are proud of him. All because Billy kept after his goal despite the teasing.

Bear lived in a cave all alone, but when he goes out in the forest to find friends, he is gruff and offends everyone he meets. Until Bird points out that he's being a bully. Bear thinks about his actions and realizes it was his own way of trying to keep from being hurt by rejection. After he apologizes, he has plenty of new friends who flock to the big loveable bear.

Ming and her family harvest rice at the base of a tall mountain. And if her family could sell the extra rice at market on the other side of the mountain, they could live comfortably. But her father says the dragon on the mountain steals the rice. Ming decides to try on her own to get past the bully dragon. So she packs up her ox and heads to the market. When the dragon tries to stop her, Ming outwits the bully in a clever way and makes it safely to market and back home with the money, proving that a boastful bully is no match for a smart girl.

Grace was excited about the first day of school and seeing her best friend Jade from last year. But when Grace finally saw Jade, she was sitting with a new girl who teased and ignored Grace. Because Jade didn't stand up for her friend, Grace was sad and felt hurt. Grace's Nana tells her to make new friends and to always stand up for your friends. And that's just what Grace does the next day.

Zach is a kid just like you and me, but when Zach sees others being teased or bullied, he imagines himself a superhero and comes to the rescue. With powerful words, "No teasing, No hitting! That's just wrong!" Zach helps his friends learn to use words for good and not to fight back or say mean things; since bullies like that. Now the friends are empowered to defend themselves just like their Superhero friend Zach.

Stella could do anything she put her mind to. Almost. But when girls in her class tease her and tell her she's not good at writing, dancing and doing the things she likes. Stella puts away her paper and dance shoes until Grandpa convinces Stella to stop listening to others and listen to her heart. And once again Stella can do anything. Almost!
