Crimson Forest is the home of the Piglins in the Nether. Nothing special or interesting ever happened there, until a few months ago when a human entered the biome for the first time. Calvin, a Piglin, made friends with Professor Armstrong and even became his assistant. With Calvin's help Professor was able to make the greatest finding in the Nether, the discovery of the Nether Dragon! With the Professor's help, Calvin's dad and other missing Piglins were rescued from the Piglin Brutes. But things are not looking good. Professor Murray, Professor Armstrong's rival, has found his way to the new Nether too. He poses a threat to the Piglins as he is known to engage in unethical research practices. Calvin and Professor Armstrong needs to find Professor Murray and find out what are his true intentions are, in coming to the Crimson Forest.

The unimaginable happened. Calvin Pignes, the new Detective of Crimson City had to arrest one of his closest friends for allegedly conspiring with the Triad Bastion. Evidence found in the bastion's ruins points to Calvin's friend but his friend denies the allegation and says there must be some kind of a mistake. It is up to Calvin to solve this new mystery. How can he prove his friend's innocence? Or will his investigation prove that what he thought to be his ally is not really innocent after all?

The Triad Bastion might have been destroyed by Calvin, Professor Johansson and Beatriz but Calvin will soon discover that there is a secret criminal organization that works relentlessly to avenge the fall of the Triad Bastion-the Triad Society! One of the Triad Society members was a police officer in disguise whose plan failed when Calvin and Peter warned everyone in Minerland about his evil plot. Are two good Wardens enough to fight all the evil Wardens?

Who would have thought that they were siding with the evil Wardens? Calvin and friends have been played and fooled by Kalo and Tera. It turned out that the Warden siblings were not the victims at all but were the ones seeking the ruins of humans and other creatures. Kalo and Tera were now on the loose wreaking havoc in the Overworld, and they have teamed up with an enemy from Calvin's and Johansson's past. It's up to Calvin and the rest of the gang to stop the Warden siblings and their ally and prevent them from doing further harm to others.

Calvin and friends have found a new ally in Fogu. With Fogu's help, there is a greater chance at capturing the evil Wardens, Tera and Kalo. Tera and Kalo have been trouble from the start. Now, they have released all prisoners from The Halebury Prison, causing more chaos in the Overworld. With the potential alliance between the two Wardens, and Professor Murray, Calvin and his friends have to be extra careful with their next steps. After all, they were facing not only the terrifying Wardens but also an intelligent and mischievous professor who was capable of the most despicable things!

The evil Wardens had grown powerful and faster with the help of Professor Murray, who has found a way to collect energy from lightning bolts using an Artifact from the Woodland Mansion.
