Seventh-sense possessor Robert A. Brown (The Cleansing) moves from the haunted hills of Arkansas to the bustling metropolis of pre-World War II Washington, D.C., a city laced with mystery and intrigue, magic and menace. In no time at all, Robert finds himself neck-deep in a whirlpool of horror, fending off a German werewolf, a hideous ancient Japanese spirit, and a profusion of ape-creatures with saucer-like eyes. And that doesn't even count the more prosaic antagonists, including a whole division of young Nazi Bund members intent on seeing him dead.
