Dead America: The First Week

It's Day Zero and the Texas zombie virus is quickly spreading throughout the nation. In a desperate race against the clock, two special forces teams are given an impossible mission. Turn the football stadium in Charlotte into a fortress, and rescue some of the brightest minds in the world to help with the coming war. Dead America focuses on the national response to the Texas zombie outbreak. Night falls as the threat grows. Terrell leads his team on a daring rescue mission through a city devolving into chaos. Meanwhile, Frank prepares a backup plan as he awaits the arrival of helicopters to transport the VIPs to safety.

As the Texas Zombie Virus rampages throughout the city, a small army of Mexican Cartel members storm the border in an attempt to claim the city for themselves. Two homicide detectives are thrust to the forefront of the conflict when their Captain partners them up with an unlikely, and untrustworthy, ally.

All is not well in the Heartland of America. As the first week of the zombie apocalypse staggers to a close, tensions are reaching a boiling point. Hundreds of thousands of heavily armed troops have taken up residence in the small rural towns of Kansas, much to the chagrin of the local populace. Sensing that a larger fight is on the horizon, a small team of soldiers prepare for a daunting journey.

It's survival of the fittest in the City of Roses. As the first week of the zombie outbreak concludes, a small community battles for survival. When a potential new friend becomes a powerful foe, former gang member Zion must revisit his old ways in order to protect his family and newfound home from destruction.
