I was drawn into the story almost from the first page and wasn't able to put it down. Izzy is an up and coming heart surgeon who has no time for any thing but one night stands. Cara is a paramedic who is not looking for another relationship so soon after her last one failed. Life doesn't always give you what you want but will sometimes give you what you didn't know you wanted. This sapphic romance book has a lot to like: sweet sexy times, coming out hesitation, family love, a little angst and a little drama. I think you will enjoy this one, I sure did. I loved that they both thought their hookup was a one time thing. As often as they were getting together and the fact that feelings had come to play, they both were in deep, fast.
