But every time she sees him, guilt floods her for her part in toppling the world's best-loved actor from his pedestal. She wants to come clean, but if Evan flips over it, it could ruin her friend's movie and they already had one actor drop out. Yet he has never hidden his attraction to her, and every day on the shoot, she falls more under his spell. One night on location, in the midst of a heat wave, they spontaneously agree to some fun with no strings attached. What could go wrong?Hollywood loves a comeback, and it revels in juicy gossip. Will Samantha find herself on the receiving end of a tabloid reveal? And if her secret is leaked, will it destroy the career Evan has worked so hard to rebuild? Or worse, will it shatter what's built up between them?~ Slow burn, medium heat level, second chance, secret relationship, single parent, with the occasional swear word ~ At the age of 11, I wrote my first book, about orphaned animals with names like "Bob Katt" and "Chip Monk."
