Storyteller (Harris)

Being a Storyteller was supposed to be some grand adventure with fairytales, and dragons. I was about to turn 17, and I school was the bane of my exists. I was the youngest girl in my class, and standing up to the other girls seemed impossible until I met JJ, the loner that just got out of jail… at least that's what they said.

I love being a Storyteller, and going back home to the village of Angeline. What I don't love is Cassius… my supposed soulmate. He's brash, opinionated, and I would rather die alone than be with him. There had to be a way to stay a Storyteller, and not be around Cassius Boik, because I can't imagine a worse fate than being Alison Boik.

My twin brother is my best friend. If I didn't have him, I don't know what I would do… especially when it comes to our family.You see, we have a family secret… we're Storytellers. When we tell a story, it actually comes true.Life should be great, but we have yet to find our soulmate. Everyone around us has paired off, and I'm happy for them… but I wonder when I'll have my happily-ever-after.
