Tiger Tim' Rys is a hill farm child brought to Exmoor by his parents in 'Tink-a-bell' a golden coloured car made by the Fairy Car company. It is an ultra-light three-wheeler of 850lb tare with a tiny engine. Tim follows in the footsteps of legendary John Ridd, finding joy and fairy treasure. Tim's father Dai, an ex-speedway ace, scents a different kind of treasure in the tumbling waters of the Lyn. Many difficulties are met with and overcome when the local witch plays her trump card.
