Two women discover that with God's grace, soul-wrenching heartbreak can lead to a remarkable journey of self-discovery. Naomi, and her daughter-in-law, Ruth, find the present filled with personal tragedy and the future too painful to bear. For these widows, remaining in Moab without their husbands or next-of-kin would be fraught with peril. Together, they place their trust in the Lord and begin a journey back to Naomi's homeland that alters the course of their lives and secures Ruth's place in history. When God speaks, you'd better listen. The Lord will never guide you down a path without first lining up all the tools and the people you will need to aid you in your journey. When Jesus showed up and intervened in my life amid my divorce, I had more questions than answers, but learned to trust that His path for my life was, much more, rewarding than my own.

She made one mistake. Leaving him under the cover of darkness to escape the consequences of her actions would spiral into something so horrific that it cost the innocent lives of many. What she had done, was enough to put her in an early grave, but what her husband did, was downright, diabolical. Time after time, the women and children paid the price, when men made, decisions without consulting God first. The Forgotten The women in this story resonate with me so much because I too, suffered the pangs of my mistake. Going from one place to another to find safety, landed me in the grip of someone who did not see my value; someone, who ended the game before I realized it was being, played. The Forgiven and Highly Favored Years of healing and working towards forgiveness brought, a unique set of earth angels, to help me in the process. I put my pain on the page; the page became my passion, and the passion became my purpose. This is my story.

Gap: a break or opening/interceding You stood in the gap. Interceded on behalf of someone or something. However, what you prayed was what you thought was needed. Perhaps, it took a moment, but you later learned, sadly, with all your good intentions and spiritual insights, you might have stood in God's way. For example, someone you knew and loved constantly chose the wrong path. You bailed them out, gave them a place to lay their head and your blood pressure soared. You prayed repeatedly. Nothing you did worked-until you finally threw up your hands, moved out of the situation and truly gave it to God to have His way. Yet, on the other hand. Some are anointed for gap standing. Moses "stood in the gap" and saved the people of Israel. In the Gap, he petitioned God on behalf of the Israelites. However, he was chosen to do that. Psalms 106:23 Accept that there is a difference between choosing to pray God's Will and making a choice to pray Yours. Why? God's purpose for our lives will be impacted by our choices when we think we know more than Him. We don't, and it's foolish to believe that we do-If we come to a crossroad where a choice must be made, it is wise to create "that choice" at the foot of the Cross.
