An intriguing explanation of the legends of King Arthur and Robin Hood. Robert Hunt from today is, transported back in time by the ghost of 'The lady of the Lake' to the year 600 AD. King Arthur is a warlord. Robert must establish himself in Camelot and work up to become Arthur's adviser by giving them his knowledge from today introducing wonders beyond Camelot's dreams. He is, thought to be a wizard and renamed Merlin. He marries and has a child, but tragedy follow in wars with settlers and they are, killed. Many adventures take place forming the legend we know today.
Once he has completed his task he is, moved on to the year 1200, where he must transform Robin Hood from a highwayman into the hero. Emotional scenes follow when he goes back to Camelot six hundred years since he was last there. King Richard the Lionheart makes an appearance following his release from incarceration. The two stories become, linked in emotional ways aided by Friar Tuck.
