Thirty two years have come and gone since the Earth was abandoned and reborn. Thirty two years since the crew and passengers of the Texas were abandoned and left for dead. Mankind is spread throughout the galaxy searching for new beginnings, but there is new life on Earth with new opportunity. There are opportunities to explore beyond our solar system. New friends, allies, and foes alike begin to take shape and show their true faces. Can mankind come together to survive or will the true nature of man start the cycle of consumption and greed again. The Sylvan people and the Venators of earth have more than nature to contend with, and Ascension continues to grow strong in space. In the near future the resources on earth have been consumed by the greed of mankind. A new entity comes to power promising the wealth and prosperity of space exploration and human expansion beyond our solar system by introducing the new Starships. Not all of mankind feels the need to abandon their home world for the unknown. What is to become of the remnant that choose to stay behind? Is there anything beyond our solar system that can sustain human flourishing, will the Ascended survive? What would happen if the human diaspora once again reconnected? Humankind can thrive on earth, it may thrive in the cold depths of space, but we will see if it can survive the rapid adaptation of environmental changes and human greed, hatred, and betrayal. Perhaps the human ability to love will be enough to save the species.
