Artie Lieberman is most comfortable in the broadcast booth. He loves announcing games! But when, the goaltender for Peabody's hockey team is injured, Artie volunteers to be the substitute. Coach Walters is not sure, since Artie only plays recreational hockey. Will Artie's size be a problem? And, can he make the leap from rec league to competitive hockey?

Keith Evans is Peabody's backup quarterback. But, his head is not in the game. He wants to see more action! When Coach Joh suggests he move to a defensive position, Keith is wary. Katie Flanagan is a star striker on Peabody's soccer team. Her strength is in her legs! When she tries out for the basketball team, she finds that her upper body is not as strong. Isabella Clemente plays second base on Peabody's softball team. The team has won two championships in a row! But, this season the team is faltering. When Isabella lashes out at her teammates, Coach Dawson points out that it is easy to be a good sport on a winning team. Can Isabella support her team when its season will be a losing one? What does she truly value?

Pitcher Tony Andia uses the strong arm and tenacity that makes him Peabody's star quarterback to excel on the baseball field. But when, he thinks an opposing player has disrespected him, he loses his cool...and the game! Was Tony right about the dis? Or, were cultural differences in play?

Lucy Andia competes on Peabody's gymnastics team. She excels at floor exercise, but Coach Dawson moves her to uneven bars. Lucy is used to being on the floor.
