Tank's story as said by Jinks Montreal himself speaking for the plant the tale of being a Guardian of Life and Death recorded by Victoria Montreal Thunder onto the laptop computer on orders of the High Council who insisted on tales to be recorded by typing them than verbalized tales.

Guardian gets judged by the Guardian of Life and Death. He learns about his entire lifetimes as the Guardian of Life and Death judges his soul on the scale and determines whether he should live again. He tries to convince the Guardian of Life and Death to let him live again despite strongly wanting him dead. Guardian has people helping him out his cause.
