Bear King

Young Norseman, Njal Tokeson, had his entire village, destroyed by a mysterious man in a silver mask when he was but a child. Ten years later, Njal lives as a slave to a kind farmer outside of Birmingham. But after meeting a young Englishwoman named Frigyth, Njal's true identity as heir to the Nordic throne has been revealed by the dangerous Lords of England, a group of masked men that rule the young country. They feel threatened by Njal's namesake as he could end up uniting the remaining Norsemen together creating a force that could rival the Lords of England. Njal and Frigyth journey across the country in search of allies as the Lords attempt to annihilate any and all Norsemen they find.

Njal Tokeson has defeated the threat to his people and taken up the mantle of the mighty Bear King. As he begins to help put England back together, a stranger from Njal's past arrives on the shores of Eaglecrest. While everything seems joyful, Odin visits the young king and warns him of a threat with the potential to destroy everything he has fought for, including his friends and newfound kingdom. Heeding the words of the Norse God, Njal must test his fate in order to find the correct path forward in order to continue the legacy of his father. Even if that means having to sacrifice everything he has.
