The Spell

In this terrifying film, 15-year-old Rita lives in an ordinary town...but Rita is far from an ordinary teenager. Overweight, Rita (Susan Myers) is the victim of cruel teasing from her classmates. Only her mother (Lee Grant) and teacher (Lelia Goldoni) seem to understand her. When Rita's rage cannot be contained any longer, it causes a supernatural power inside of her to take over. Those who tormented Rita begin to die. There seems to be no way to stop the terror once Rita has cast her spell.
