The Far Frontier

Villains set up a smuggling operation that funnels criminals from Mexico back into the United States. Roy Rogers has to bring the bad guys to justice and clear the name of his friend Tom, (played by Clayton Moore, soon to be TV's Lone Ranger) who has been framed. Also features Gail Davis soon to be TV's Annie Oakley & Andy Devine, soon to be host of TV's Andy's Gang & Jingles on Wild Bill Hickok.
