An intelligent international crime novelist is the primary suspect in the disappearance of a young woman and it's up to Detective Mary Anne Cooper to piece together this bizarre missing person's case. As the investigation becomes more intense, the crime writer attempts to outwit Cooper the homicide detective, only to be trapped by his own intricate scheme.
