Last Dance

In this compelling romantic drama, Rick Taft, a cocky young lawyer from a wealthy family, is assigned the clemency case of Cindy Liggeu, a woman on death row. Rick is surprised to discover that after years of death row appeals, Cindy no longer wants to fight to save her life. Rick pleads with Cindy to give him the information he needs to prove that she is a different person than the teenager who brutally murdered two people while strung out on drugs. In the course of his visits to prepare a clemency plea, Rick and Cindy slowly come to trust one another and eventually fall in love. It is Rick's belief in mercy and forgiveness that bring hope back into his life and Cindy's.
