Spain suffers from a severe unemployment situation, and Finland has a shortage of skilled nurses. This sounds like a match made in heaven. What is the reality, when two young Spanish nurses, Itziar and Celia, arrive in the snowy town of Kotka in the eastern part of Finland? Will the job possibility be enough after they settle into the drudgery of everyday life?
