Convicted drug smuggler Frank Connor finally gets out of prison after twenty-two years. He just wants to start over, find work, and obey the law. But with no job prospects, his mother permanently hospitalized, and his cousin hiding him in the garage, freedom isn't turning the way Frank planned. Enter Russ Morgan, lowlife strip club manager, the man who left Frank behind to save his own neck in that old drug bust. He offers Frank an easy job at the club.
