Star anchorman Manolo Bonilla (John Luguizamo) has flown down to a small town in Ecuador with producer Marisa (Leonor Watling) and cameraman Ivan (Jose Maria Yazpik) on the trail of a child serial killer and rapist, "The Monster of Babahoyo".
