Balloon Farm

Harvey S. Potter is a genial if enigmatic newcomer to a drought-ravaged farming community who grows a bumper crop of colorful ballons in his field. At first, the townspeople come to believe the balloons are a sign of hope in troubled times. Everyone scrambles to buy their favorite color balloon and get a long-overdue lift in spirits.
