Sadhu Agashe, an encounter specialist, goes into exile to ensure his son's safety after his wife gets murdered because of his job. In Sadhu's absence, the crime rate in Mumbai starts to escalate; therefore, the Home Minister Janardan Jagirdar brings Sadhu back. Sadhu works on Jagirdar's request but soon finds himself being played by the criminals he set out to kill.
