Working Together: A framework for collaborating in complexity presents Dr Kristy Docherty's four principles for collective leadership that enable a more effective work approach, which is particularly beneficial in complex work environments. The research is set within a public sector context, where colliding priorities and objectives often get in the way when working across organisational and professional boundaries. The research explores a more intense approach to collaboration which pays attention to the process, the nature of the issues being addressed and how to collaborate better.
