I recommend generally that readers ensure their understanding of the stark reality and degree of the threat the non-Muslim world faces and prepare for it. In this case however, it was written especially for those in the USA because the dream of radical Islam is to capture the USA. This second edition updates the first edition which was published pre-ISIS.
