Follow the story of survival in post-apocalyptic, southern England. Ryan Field is a joint leader of a community surviving on the remains of a vineyard on the border of the Surrey hills, who have established themselves as a thriving society, even five years after the global conflict known as The Fast War.
Only after a new, unexpected threat reveals itself, everyone learns just how depraved people can let themselves become in order to get what they want, or just to Survive. Ryan, left with no other alternative to keep his family and friends alive, has to push himself down a one way rabbit hole and perform acts of horror that no human should ever witness.
