The Road is a Short Allegory. Like all of us, Chris is walking on the Road. He loses his parents, but he finds friends. The Road is easy and comfortable, but Chris can hear the mountains calling to him and he is curious. Chineka feeds this curiosity and they eventually strike off into the wild lands.This version has Small Group Discussion points and ideas at the end of the story I am 51 and never aspired to be a writer and yet here I am, an Accidental Author. I live in Lima, NY with my wife of 23 years and I have two grown children.
